Shrimp Steak Chicken Mini Burrito Bowls

These Shrimp, Steak & Chicken Mini Burrito Bowls are the perfect family game night meal with all the fixings!

Ingredients

  • OLD EL PASO Mini Tortilla Bowls
  • Chicken

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Shrimp

  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Steak

  • 2 sirloin steaks
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Topping Ideas

  • Lettuce
  • Jalapeños
  • Corn
  • Cilantro
  • Black beans
  • Rice
  • Sautéed peppers and onions
  • Pico de gallo
  • Salsa
  • Sour Cream
  • Guacamole
  • Shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

  • Preheat BBQ to med-high heat.
  • Marinade chicken and shrimp in two separate plastic bags with their respective ingredients. Brush steak with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Place chicken on the grill first, cooking for about 20 min until no longer pink inside. Add shrimp on skewers to the grill, along with steak about 15 minutes into chicken cook time. Cook shrimp and steak for about 5 minutes, flipping halfway through the cook time. Remove all meat from grill and let cool.
  • Once cooled, cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, along with steak.
  • Serve all toppings in bowls and fill burrito bowls with your favourite items!
