Ingredient List

  • Small check mark in a circle icon Crumbled feta cheese, if desired

  • Small check mark in a circle icon Fresh cilantro sprigs, if desired

Preparation
  1. Heat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Toss cauliflower with olive oil & seasoning mix. Transfer to baking sheet & roast for 25 to 30 minutes, rotating once.
  3. Layer taco with lettuce, cauliflower, feta cheese, onion & cilantro. Serve with a wedge of lime.
